Hello, I am hoping to get some direction on where to start with creative financing/investing.

I wanted to apply for a conditional use of permit for the property to run a daycare facility out of it.I was told by zoning that it can not be used as that without re-zoning it as commercial use.

Second, seeing how RE appreciates, rents go up, and in general $$$ loses value, I am starting to question if I should just pay my mortgages as agreed and instead direct most of my savings towards more acquisitions today.

Hey @Troy Welch, Given we have already chatted via direct message, i am leaving this for those who fall on this post in the same situation: be sure to find an accountant who is willing to grow with you, and is not too high priced fee-wise.

Currently the tenants pay us directly to our bank accounts. 

It’s hard to get to the right people who can steer you in the right direction.

We have 80k to invest but feel paralyzed by the many directions to take!
