They would measure floor square footages so I would know kitchen is 150 sq ft, bedrooms are a total of 400 sq ft, etc. 

House has 2 nice size bedrooms with a large bathroom.

See if you can find larger ones with higher room counts, where you could convert things like dining rooms into bedrooms.
