I also agree with the approach of @Caleb Heimsoth .While I'm big on investors getting returns I think the pendulum has swung a little too far and the entire global economy has to start paying attention to affordability in the form of wage increases.Too much capital is sitting on the sidelines while wages aren't increasing.
