Hey @Cory O'Dell ,Impressive, this the first time I've ever heard of a buyer being allowed to buy with FHA loan and not actively live in the property due to military circumstances.Would you be able to get a VA loan later on if you start out with FHA on property #1 and then VA on property #2 1+ years later?

This will give you a small idea of where some leads might be.Start marking the streets you’ve driven, addresses of potential leads, etc. even mark down where you’d put up bandit signs.

They will change out the panel at the street, and we trench to bring it back in to the house 150' and do hookup, Imagine if it were something difficult.

Get this...it was actually 3 acres but only an 820 sqft house (across the street are huge 250k houses with not quite 3 acres...haha) guy has had FSBO in his window for years he said.
