I will be house hacking my primary home and I am wondering that are the implications on Solar tax credit and bonus depreciation?

I would advise as others have here, and strongly suggest the house hack strategy to start with!

A wise lender won’t even mention it unless your friend suggests it first.

So far this is what I know- they list on all online platforms for free- they take photos for free- they have a 24/7 call number for guests/bookings- they will contact the cleaning business of my choice or suggest a partner in the area.

Can you pay off a higher interest/lower balance note first eliminating a payment.If growth is your goal then it doesn't make sense to pay down any mortgage that is cash flowing unless the local market suggests this might change.

Any construction will come with LOTS of permits.I don't know SLT market, it's CA and im in NV, but I've helped more than one person sell in Incline and buy in Reno because the numbers work better for them.I suggest you look into property taxes, and tenant protections of NV vs CA.
