I believe that even though I can't withdraw the money for personal use today, the benefits of controlling the investment account will be extremely favorable to me and that opportunities to exploit that control to my advantage will present themselves, as in the case of the solo(k).

As a realtor we just have a typical 15 day inspection period when you could withdraw and still get your escrow back.
