Hello Kevin and Welcome, I'm also kinda new at this , I just closed a triplex deal on Friday as my first investment,  wictch was great going into 38th birthday  for me.  

I've only been a member of the Matrix group since early April 2016 (this year) and it has been a good match for me. 

so as I go though the blogs I noticed most people are choosing to form an LLC instead of a corp. for conducting business in real estate...... is there a reason why?
