Well This property is near the new Amazon facility that they built.

I would move into the new, smaller unit in the basement (a studio) so I could rent out the 2 br/1 ba for maximum rent.

I only get $1000/month on this one, so I don't want a lot of brain damage.Perhaps there really isn't a one stop shop for residential rentals such as an Amazon or ebay?

The city has tackled some massive projects to change the cities waterfront access and we have some big companies like Amazon and Market Basket operating new locations in the city.

Well you also have Amazon who just built there, and Uline who is also buying property.
