Then get insurance, and set up a Series LLC with a land trust so that you can separate our your properties into individual series or children, and then by using the land trust you can legally transfer the properties our of your own personal name into the land trust that is connected to the Series LLC without the bank or lender getting upset.

I'm kind of upset with my realtor for not telling me about the status of the property before hand I made the offer and now the seller doesn't want to negotiate on the price 😅Any ideas or advice is greatly appreciated.

PM me if you want an example.4) Think about how long the tenant has been in the property (and how they will perceive your changes), when I bought a property with tenants that had lived there for 8 years - they certainly felt as if the property was theirs to do as they pleased, long story short - the changes I made to both rent and expectations of non-unit areas upset them greatly and it was best to just end their lease and let them move somewhere else.Happy to help further if you have specifics!

I thought this issue was resolved but i recently found out it hasn't and the owner of the mobile home is upset because of past due taxes for the year.
