That income can be ANY legal and verifiable source of income,  including wages, SSI/SSD, food stamps,  settlements/child support etc.   

Stick with non-aggressive breads, no insurance problems, and tougher questions like how to find good opportunities rather than tying up mind share with problems that make for tired landlords...food for thought.

That was I had planned on doing for a while but I wanted food for thought to make sure I wasn’t missing anything.

About two hours from Cambutal are Chitre and Las Tablas, the two closest major towns to get most modern comforts (McDonalds, big grocery stores, health food stores, etc).

Tenant is responsible for keeping a clean house with no food the rats can get to.You might also try working with your neighbor to combat the rat problem (hopefully the adjacent house is not vacant).

That sort of bad faith is part of the reasons why landlords end up with concrete in their drains and then come on BP to complain about just how horrible and mean all tenants are.A professional landlord also knows that tenants without the use of their range will occasionally try all sorts of novel solutions to cook their food, and these solutions are very often nutbag fire hazards.

Some of my first guests left cooked food on stove others left it really clean.  

One of the slogans I hear bandied about is that "one shouldn't have to chose between rent and food."

I don't disagree that Facebook is a lot of morons posting pics of food they're eating but those morons are your new tenants!
