The California Revised Uniform Limited Liability Company Act from 2014 says you "may" register out of state LLC, but you also "may not" I guess.Then it seems pretty standard to have nexus in WY or NV and have that holding LLC own other LLCs in other states.

You need to accept the FIRST applicant that was approved or you could be facing fair housing issues.As far as response to applicant, easy to state your application was declined, per our rental criteria could check a box, for credit, criminal, rental history, or whatever. just keep the response form uniform for all.

Some day, the phone will ring and someone will say, "hey, you told me this..." then you can repeat exactly what you did say, usually in most cases, they will then recognize what you are saying, not only is it the same thing they heard, you can use the tone of your voice as might be appropriate, but you can continue, showing them what they got was the same thing all others hear from you.This is very handy with an attorney, they will recognize that what you say is uniform, consistent and difficult to combat in court!
