One hour communte, each way, in good traffic.

Since the listing has not been leased after 6 months with him, I asked him what else he intends to do to drive more traffic.

Judging by traffic in the morning, many other people have the same or further commute as I do.

They are expanding the major freeway that connects Pearland to downtown so traffic is bad right now, but I believe they are expected to finish in late 2019 so the area is only going to explode more than it already is.

Placing in high traffic areas you can reach hundreds of people per day.

And I don’t know if the price of homes, the crowds, traffic and development are worth it or if it’s even a place i want to stay/raise kids.
