Though, even if I did have to paint the whole place again at least it is already the colors I use so it would be a quick single coat and some touch-up on the casing/trim as needed with the same paint.

The thing I liked is that I got better thicker wood, handles done, countertops, sink, extras, and for 2 they were turnkey right down to the sink and granite counter.

Besides that, I don't know who in the heck lived there but it was DIRTY, especially the kitchen which had a nice coating of grease on everything!

Actually the experience I've had with cranberry paint is that it took "stain kilz" and still 2 coats to cover it.
