Furthermore a HIC licences is very easy to get in NJ and requires no tests or portfolio of work whatsoever for that reason it means almost nothing in NJ.

I would sit in eviction court and see these poor schmucks bringing an eviction proceeding against a seasoned scofflaw and they lose every time, hanging their head as they left the courtroom while the tenant looked like a Cheshire cat (minus a few teeth).

We’ve only used CrestCore for management and wouldn’t recommend them whatsoever. 

They already made it clear they don't want your input or opinion.... you are just there to do the paperwork for them....When it doesn't sell due to be being overpriced, they will blame you..... they will reject offers and it will be like pulling teeth to get them to lower the price and they will be pissed if you convince them to do itKind of stalking you on social media etc..... pretty standard nowadays.
