We have been getting the place ready for rehab and there was significant intrusion of vegetation etc and to preserve the integrity of the roof, siding and fascia trees and vines need to be trimmed/cut.

This weekend I sat in my tree stand for 5+ hours listening to Bigger Pockets Podcasts.

For example, we've seen instances where a tree fell on a pedestrian.... or a fire that occurs at one investor's house catches the neighbor house(s) on fire.

The tea leaves indicate that only the owner of the property will be able to get a licence for STR, with most indications being they must be an owner occupant.

I am looking at a 60 day rehab with most of the code violations being addressed.Here are the violations:-housing violations: roof, peeling paint, vent screen-fallen tree branches-THIS IS HORRIBLE!
