Is there a platform where I can advertise a pool of mortgages for investors to buy/invest in?

If you're not set on a specific market, it's worth waiting until you choose, as forming the LLC in your target state can simplify compliance, property registration, and taxes. 

I was told to do my own due diligence and I did and it was all falsely and fraudulently advertised.

We Have targeted the areas just outside go the Charlotte metro, about 45min drive.  

I've done quite a few 1031's and each time I had my three targets already picked which means they were less than two weeks from being signed when I closed on my downleg. 

I understand the downsides (well not all of it since I am inexperienced) but just like LTR I believe there are risks with any form of investment.Thank you so much for the reply, I see I didn't know it was mumbo jumbo I thought it was "professional" formal talk I wanted to give off the impression of some form of professionality to build a rapport but you're right I should be more straightforward but I want to first ask if they're open to corporate leasing because I will be hosting via my LLC and since I'm going to most likely advertise towards Travel nurses it wouldn't only be on airbnb but on different sites like furnished booking so I wanted to leave it a bit ambiguous so that it can start a conversation rather than have it limited to only being seen as just another airbnb pitch. 

This company works on false advertisement.

We don't allow any "deal-making" in the forums, which includes advertising your services or properties, looking for partners, etc.

For the reasons stated above, it made sense not to advertise the loft as a bedroom because there's no door and considerably less privacy (we do have egress via large windows).
