It is entirely within your realm of ability to tackle the over site and scheduling that you would pay that 30% to the general contractor to do.

Spam is not neat.

This forum is great in that it's very diligent about preventing spam within the threads as much as possible, but there is a section near the bottom of the forums page for posting blatant ads.

These internet income ads are definitely spam.
