Just trying to mitigate risk and increase chances of profit in the future and while stumbling across real estate I realized it’s something that greatly interest me and I enjoy studying, researching and participating in it.

@Almaz Hayet, One thing you've stumbled on (probably on purpose) is that you're moving to a tax free state. 

Wow, it sounds like you guys stumbled into quite a mess :-/  Trying to lower your rates seems very attractive, but I have a hard time recommending rolling consumer debt into a 30 year loan... 

Searching for financial freedom i read "Rich Dad Poor Dad" by Robert Kiyosaki  and then stumbled upon investing in real estate  by watching a video on youtube.com by the "bearded one" (Brandon Turner.)
