There are a few Niche investment types like section 8, assisted living, sober houses, etc.

Other than the two principals, an executive assistant and two managers, everyone one else associated with Tardus is either a”wealth coach” or a “client success coach”.

Generally, the properties that benefit the most from a cost segregation study are properties that are remodeled, expanded, purchased or constructed after 1987, the year in which the Investment Tax Credit was enacted.

Anyway, I’m still a student in many ways, but I’m studying, investing in, and educating on residential assisted living full time.
