The vast majority of Americans have no idea what real struggle is like.

As an individual not comfortable with other people paying my bills I struggle to be an individual who might allow another person to take over payments and have the unknown idea of an unforseen even happening and my personal credit becoming ruined.Sellers in foreclosure typically have NO issue with me taking over their loan payments.

They are not working and are on fixed income so I did not want to pursue for damages or even give them a hard time but struggled due to the fact that I felt bullied and lied to.

I recently have been struggling with narrowing down a market that works for my strategy and wanted to get some insight from experienced investors. 

I'm so use to being involved in the day-to-day business of the property management side of things so I'm struggling to understand how much the new property manager should be communicating with me and how often.As an example, I had a tenant break a garage door recently (drove into the door on accident).

So I guess I was gullible for believing what people told me, especially when I was struggling.  

They struggle to find people just like cities do.

The only reason I am struggling with this, and will consult an attorney (thanks for the advice Christian) is that I once I make a decision, it needs to be used consistently with everyone no matter how unimportant a specific piece of criteria might be.

Then they struggle in their 2nd year when they have to find business via other channels.
