Being east of Aramingo in Port Richmond is an entirely different world than Kensington Ave/the letter streets. 

The street where I do most of my investing (wooddell) is still mostly owner occupied but that is changing or I wouldn't own six houses on that one street.

I was the first developer to build new on that street.
