That's a great approach in terms of starting with a 3-month lease. 

I am looking to wholesale my first property in the South Florida market since, I'm starting local.As a new wholesaler, I am looking to connect with investors/buyers/agents in the area to hopefully bring business to and get advice that I may not be aware of. 

It was a tradeoff, I was willing to make that I could not have made when starting out with no funds.

I did that, but its always better to have someone guide you to start something.

I've had several floor guys tell me this is the floor can't take another sanding..because the floorboards start to crack as they've been thinned from multiple sandings...it's also pine.
