They reported a window sill being taken off and it would appear someone broke in over the Christmas week.

Otherwise with the dwindling tech sector in SF, and the remote work (2-3 days a week) that is most likely here to stay, it just doesn't seem like a strong mid term market to me.

Studies have shown that guests don't want to book for a full week anymore, they'll pay more per night for a shorter vacation of 3 or 4 nights.
