They see I'm doing a nice job on my renovation work--that I'm not a slum lord--and they seem to take an extra interest in helping.I refuse to install burglar bars--it automatically sends a signal that this neighborhood is dangerous.

The dishes will need to be installed on our matchbook sized patio on tripods and aimed directly through the lovely row of trees to get the signal(at least for my unit).When I look around at the units 1 out of 4 do not have a satellite dish.

On the contract, you would both be listed as buyers, which would likely require both of you to sign all the documents, both of you to go to closing, both of you to be responsible for ensuring that the contract is followed, etc.The equity split would likely be defined and accomplished through a partnership agreement or an operating agreement as part of a business entity you and this buyer create jointly.That said, this seems a little complicated just to pay a bird-dog.

If everything goes well we feel out another separate Agreement For Purchase & Sale of Real Estate , and the buyer leaves a non-refundable earnest deposit.8)I give both contracts to the closing company and they set a closing date. 9)The closing company prepares a HUD-1 and a assignment contract between me and my rehabber/investor.10) Sign all paper work and get paidIs this right?
