So really confused   With this mindset, why not sell?

Single-family homes benefit from a larger buyer pool, appealing to families and owner-occupants, which makes them easier to sell.

If so maybe it's time to sell and reallocate.

As far as the property, is there enough to sell if needed?

I plan to sell my Vegas condo and it looks like I'll be able to make about a 35-40K return.
