Study the problems landlords face, learn how to handle them, create policies and procedures, and get ahead of the game.

I am currently pursuing a Master's in Real Estate Development and Investments and have an opportunity to study in paris for a few months.During this time, I am to focus on the office market and investment strategies.

Everyone I listen too on youtube is predicting a new wave of foreclosures and rampig up stress into 2021.I suggest everyone on this thread do deep study into direct marketing via the BP's marketing group threads on all forms of DM. 

I recently graduated from college and am considering taking a W2 job that is outside my field of study.

I think I'm sitting around 10% bad guests overall (no scientific formula here, lol), and 5-10% are just a lot to deal with. 

I'm studying for my Real Estate license, enrolled in a Real Estate Program, going to Meetups, and joining Facebook groups that interest me.
