seems high from JUST closing cost perspective on buyer or seller side (escrow+attorney+survey+prorated tax+ doc)... but again it could be very low depending on how the closing cost is being constructed (may be point or cost from both side etc) ..if you can give a breakout /pic of the closing statement then i can help

I had trouble getting a profile pic on through the app on my phone.

What I'm doing is using a business card scanning app on my phone which contains all of my contact info.

I took pics but was quick to point out to my buyer that  I was sure she wouldn't like the entry.

They scanned the sidewalk, backyard, and checked the basement and outside around the house for signs of oil piping.

The way it displays pics and agreements really all graphics and text, is just so superior to anything out there.
