:We have some who claim certain people can't get ahead because of racism, sexism, or whatever "ism" you want to name.

Plus, competition on the platform fluctuates, so you always need to stay 1-2 steps ahead while managing your campaigns.

We have a great group that regularly attends CTREIA, or other biggerpockets meetups from @Brandon Rush, @Stephanie Cabral, @Devin Peterson, @Ryan Luby.  

I currently have these homes in my personal name, but have been debating whether or not to create an LLC for these rentals.I am in no rush to do this, and I have heard the argument both ways on leaving them in my personal name vs forming an entity, so I am looking for any advice the community may have.

In any case, I feel like it would be a good experience to try especially as this seller isn't in much of a rush to sell anyway but I also want to give the most value I can.

I am wondering however if I should transfer the asset to my new LLC and then apply for a HELOC to get a head start on building business credit.
