As an example I have spoken to many and have volunteered to share lessons learned from notes, private lending, or any other type of real estate and first questions are “what will you pay for referral fee” or it costs X to speakWhen I tell them I am not selling anything - they don’t care.

@Krishna SurendraRecommend exploring as many sources as possible to get referrals AND cross-reference them to get as much accurate information as possible.Check out NARPM.com, BP’s Property Manager Finder (BiggerPockets: The Real Estate Investing Social Network), etc.Also, encourage you to learn from the mistakes of others - by reading posts here on BiggerPockets about owners not having their expectations met by their current Property Management Company.

Evolve does have vendor and professional service  referrals in the area of your home should you need it, but I found networking with other investors gave a better result. 

I know meet GCs through trusted referrals or at trade shows.
