.- My wife's side business has a net profit.The idea would be that since we take the standard deduction, it would be nice to find a way to create an additional deduction on our W2 income by redirecting our contributions through one or both of our businesses to either increase my losses on the rentals up to the passive activity loss limit or reduce her profits on her side business.Obviously this won't help us on our 2013 taxes since I'm just now thinking of this but I'm just wondering if there is any validity to the idea going forward.Thanks!

The analysis is below.When I type the domain name in, it re-directs to this gentleman's realty website (i.e. he is not actually "using" the domain name).  

I’ve played around with adding a form through FB ad manager and then just having it redirect to my my website.

This is obviously wishful thinking as the funds would inevitably be redirected to some other use. 

There are plugins out there to make it even better.If you have substantial 'link power' on the search engines w/ your current site, you can preserve it with a plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/redirect-list/.  

Redirect your energy to gaining that money back (and then some) - raise rents to absorb this cost of doing business; review your business expenses to see where you can cut back or better yet get started on getting your next property.

They are adults and I'm sure have been told this numerous times in their life and have failed to redirect.

I understand I can still buy managed rentals there that will return a profit.My goal (unless someone redirects me on this forum sometime soon), is to pick up 9 rentals in the next month and hit my 10 home max with Fannie mortgages.  

Redirect these type of complaints to business hours, in writing.

Its been on my mind to buy my own storage yard or a rental unit w/ yard space and start redirecting the 600 into my own pockets.
