I used to sit at a desk, I much prefer the constant moving about and being outside, the work suits me. 

And what I recall is that out of 10-15 warehouses I dealt with ONLY TWO were owned by decent men who knew how to do business.

So job's report is near totally worthless now because you need the revisions to get to the actual real #'s, after fake BS one's had time to sit and cycle media 1st, which were all apparently ok with now.....

I would walk recommend walking from this unless you will be sitting in a nice equity position once you have gotten the repairs completed.

Maybe insurance will cover it.The property manager can't possibly sit in a rental 24/7 to ensure nobody squats.

This means a lot of units are sitting, and we're seeing a lot of price reductions, lower offers being accepted, sellers willing to help cover buyer closing costs, etc.

Granted, he has owned it about 20 year now, if I recall correctly.
