The best way to find an investor friendly broker is at a RE meetup, but you can also just ask around in your local network or google.

Plus, no matter what happens Mark is my guy down there and I told him if I ever made a personal comment about his relationship, to tell me to stick it.They always lock the gate at night so no one can drive on to the property and to keep the guard dogs in.Later while my wife and I were driving and checking our storage units, I called Mark to re-iterate we had heard about this and to let her know we will never get involved in their affairs.He said. 

I will say this is a difficult RE market and I can poke holes in most RE purchases at this time.  

I'll definitely take that into consideration when I make my RE move and will look into some meetups.

If I receive anything back, I'm considering it a win.I've learned a lot about investing RE syndication deals over the past three years and have refined my criteria for investing.  

@Jason D. could you elaborate re: why you prefer the BP calcs?

Otherwise they'd all sell and invest OOS or get out of RE entirely and many of them have been investors for 20+ years.

It is a lofty goal with no easy path to accomplishment, but what you describe seems unlikely to accomplish the goal.Note most people on this site are RE investors.  

With the most difficult buyers it can lead to last minute re-trades over inconsequential amounts of money but is just a pain to deal with.
