I'm honored to teach workshops and webinars at REI Accelerator and I've gotten to know the coaches and leaders there and I can say they are absolutely trying to provide value far beyond the cost of the program.REI Accelerator is focused on results, not hype, or emotion, or upselling this seminar or that seminar.

I'm considering partnering with a non-profit that would manage the sober-living program; with me just providing the house passively for rent on a per bed basis. 

Despite the program's claims of providing exceptional training and support, my experience with Kristin has been far from satisfactory.First and foremost, I find it necessary to address the issue of non-payment.

If you can fight to break even and hang on to that place for the long term, that will provide the best return on capital by a long shot.

Have you talked to the utility provider to see if your bill is above or below average for a building of that size and age?
