if you can buy it cheaper and thus rent it cheaper, then your market is someone who wants the privacy of a SFH and a yard for a dog ...downsizers, single moms ...and somewhat price sensitive.

As I travel, I need a means to receive wherever I am (email is easy, but fax was a problem).Client can fax to my number, it goes to the trustfax server and encrypted for privacy, then emailed to me where it arrives as a PDF (clean and readable)Outgoing, I create a PDF (doc & xls work but can change the formatting, whereas PDF is fixed), login, setup the coversheet details, attach my doc(s) and FAX it.

@Edison ReisIt is not illegal to request a criminal background check in Canada, however, due to the nature of our privacy law, the process is different than in the U.S.A. and the results reported back to you are not as detailed.In Canada, you cannot request a criminal background check on a tenant applicant yourself.

Privacy fence (6') would be nice for the yard, but it would mean being unable to see the cars (on the outside of the fence), which might invite break ins.

Also @Chris Mason yes agreed about the Vet wanting their privacy & quiet environment where they are wanting just to be left alone as much as they can stand it.
