@Justin Smart - spent $8k as of May but haven't heard from him either.You would think any BP member that had success with this program would be here on this BP thread heralding it's praises.

Once short-term rental only markets are becoming huge long-term rental markets too.You just have to open your eyes and your world and see further than your own country and all of a sudden you see all these opportunities you had no idea about.While I'm on BiggerPockets to contribute, I sometimes wonder why I'm not shooting myself in the foot why praising international investing.

They take care of you and you sing their praises/toss them more work later.

Well as Corey said read up on here and soak up all the info but if you want my opinion on courses there are 2 that have gotten a lot of praise with very few if any negative responses and they are:Steve Cook's Wholesaling 2.0 and Vena Jones Cox's Wholesaling course.Also our own member Andrew Massaro aka The Maestro has an ebook you might want to check out.

And if they were thinking about putting this in a review you can over compliment/ praise  their idea to be implement potential waiting the information to be added in a review 

I hail from Miami and the Bay Area California and I have nothing but praise for our friends from the south.

Bottom line Chris, if I make money from what you've taught me, I'm going to praise you my friend!

Praise their skill with positive comments and their ego will pour more information that your can gather.

It is like all the realtors singing praises of RE as it was going in the dumpster.

I should add, there are many other BP members that will praise other areas of TX.
