What marketing efforts are they going to do outside of just posting in the MLS.

@Michael Daniel Probably better to post your numbers here and perhaps people can run them on their end and give you suggestions.

Send it to every address they give you including the current rental assuming it will be forwarded to the address they gave the post office.

. :)This is especially true if you rely on furnishedfinder.com as your primary lead source (which you shouldn't, but that's another post) as when you make that connection with a prospective resident, you are selling yourself as a landlord as much as you are the property as a place to live.

Every day I mark how many calls to leads I made, how many people I contacted (and was it email, call, text) from my database/past clients....how many social media posts I answered or made, etc.I don't know if that's automating, but every week I can quickly see how much of each money generating thing I did.Do you use Google Calendar? 

I just googled digital business card because of your post and am having trouble figuring out how they have value over any other contact organizer.
