-One correction; size does matter so, if it's one of the big 5 subject to the National Servicing Settlement or, a bank/lender subject to "Large Servicer" designation by the CFPB, the rules are even more restrictive and...while it's great in theory and on television, "good, reputable and knowledgeable lawyers" are like Unicorns.

But if you're having trouble building up your confidence it's best to avoid them for now and surround yourself with Big thinkers.I remember that quote in the 80's on that video show on BET (before it became Baffoon Entertainment Television):Small mind talk about people.Average minds talk about Events.Big minds talk about Ideas.Notice how everyone you know who is successful don't waste their time talking about he said/she said ........or who fought who.

It is only natural that they would expect there deal to be played out on national television.

@Benjamin Curtis I'm not quite the rock star @Paul Sandhu is referring to, but I managed four VRs (three in GB/PF) from my iPhone while working 70-80 hours/week on television sets in Los Angeles.  

I work in television, but also have 2 rentals and do some private lending.

Their furniture is nicer than mine, and the have eight televisions for the house, one in each room, and one more than the number of people living there!!!

I would turn of the television and video games while I sought work and sought motivated sellers.  

I am a cinematographer currently working in film / television and commercials.
