If the RV is not permanently affixed and retains mobility, it is considered personal property and depreciated over 5 years under the Modified Accelerated Cost Recovery System (MACRS).

The title company will handle clearing the title but won’t manage personal agreements.

We are now at 21 doors under management and 3 are personal units that we self manage.

OTM was more a round table discussion of current events, predictions, news etc as it related to real estate, where the hosts also provide some great personal stories that relate to the topics discussed. 

Haven’t used it personally but a good friend of mine who self manages around 20 doors uses it and swears by it. 

I highly recommend going to meetups and talking to investors in person.
