I am currently a shift manager at arbys, but in school to become a Pastor, and hoping to rent out single/multi family houses.I’m here in Lenoir/Hickory area but I’m from a little town called East Jordan Mi. 

Not going to change the world but since I'm not betting the farm I am ok with a little risk. 

Specifically so far that's been Norristown, Brookhaven (Toby Farms), Eddystone and Darby. 

They would buy a plot of land, an old farm, a second house, or some other dodgy place with the intention of just letting it sit.

I will look for agents with similar interest to work or farm together as opposed to get a paid mentor who is only interest in your money.

The property the seller has is a farm with lots of acreage.

The solar farm went live mid-July 2017.House was built in 1985.
