I like inside mount blinds.I've ordered blinds online and I've also bought them at Lowes and Home Depot.

I've joined facebook groups and looking around online for a mentor in the city or near the city I plan to invest in, I've connected with someone and plan to speak to them monday but nothing is promised but I'll look into them again.

But i guess in today's world where things are on line and investors are used to Internet communications this is much easier than those days.

I think it requires some "black-swans" to get us there but hey, that's my take, who knows, I also thought shopping online was dumb back when, lol.

Networking is also crucial for success in real estate, so look for local investor meetups or connect with others online.

Take a close look at what other similar units look like on Zillow or other online listing sites and try and mimic them or exceed them.

Im open to conventional financing or seller financing.To find properties, you can network with local agents and brokers, join local real estate investment groups, use online platforms like Zillow, Realtor.com, and Redfin, send direct mail campaigns, drive for dollars, network with property managers, and explore seller financing.Good luck!
