I'm the VP of a roofing company in South Florida and work with a few good PM companies on a regular basis, a lot of bad ones too.There are good and bad PMs in each of those companies. 

Some PM companies take on higher end stuff (think Cul-De-Sac neighborhoods) and some focus on the hood.

That style of learning and introduction to true industry catches my attention as having someone in the space that understands the space to bounce things off of and learn from seems to be the ideal way.I have through a handful of the webinars and follow up calls with different companies and they all basically pitch similar ideas and strategies.

@Kana Watanabe HI Kana,  I work with a company who specializes in ADU's.  

The average company only survives for ten years, while even large companies typically last just 18 years.

With your experience and possible skillset, perhaps finding a company to sponsor you for a green card may be a better option? 

We are a Veteran owned and operated mortgage company! 

In my opinion, even if you partner with a local PM company or turnkey operator your returns will drop significantly.

I'm a local investor, flipper, and property management company owner.  

You need a real good mgmt. company to get it done for you.
