What is your real estate experience (generally and specifically)?

This isn't necessarily just the fault of ODC - REITs in general have been taking it on the chin lately - but I think it's a serious wake-up call that being famous doesn't necessarily translate into profitability.

Generally if a first is going to be paid off from the second position foreclosure, then the first must be notified in the complaint and the language will not be indicative of the foreclosure being subject to the first.

Tenant side is generally more straight forward.It is all about the experience with the owner.

But it seemed to me that their simple system would be easy to apply to the general REI market and make it work well.I took my time and went through the course over the full four weeks that they allowed me. 

Generally speaking, I'm a fan of Stessa, and I use Stessa; however, I use Apartments.com for rent collection.

I'm just saying this about DSTs in general, however, I've talked with Kay and they seem alright:1) Realize that the guy selling these is more stock broker than RE broker. 

But i generally keep the rent's below market to keep good tenants from moving.
