Is the level of mentality of these supposed loan officers....Its not our problem if individuals choose 100% product.

That kind of poverty mentality really floors me!

Among most faculty and students, there is an infantile disregard and disdain for the hard working, innovative people who came before them- the people who actually created, built, and funded the soft, comfortable collegial way of life enjoyed by the people attending and "teaching" at the institution.Someday, probably soon, the warped attitudes and poor judgment instilled in our young people will crumble our way of life if we don't insist on bringing some grown-ups onto campus in order to give a more mature and informed view of the real world.

All Cash, this is the biggest government yet and is led by conservatives and just think, with a military man heading the CIA, the system of checks and balance will erode once the departments and agencies are all headed by people of the same mentality.

It's definitely changed my mentality about money.

Many loose their home because they can't truly afford the mortgage note on a hard money lender.If you would be in a position to refinance your home within 3 month from a hard money lender - then I say you have an option.Rest assured that if you miss a payment they are not as cooperative as a conventional lender - 25% of equity in it - and an investor mentality...lol you better suck salt to make those payments LOL.

The best advice i can offer you is #1 do your homework... cover every possible base mentally before you proceed
