Not enough to cover utilities.All brick/masonry construction.One tenant lives on property rent free, but is responsible for cutting grass, cleaning breezeways, painting/cleaning units at turnover (landlord buys paint), and minor maintenance.

If you are in a seismically active part of the country or a place where water can get in the crack and freeze(expand/contract) it could be an issue eventually...it's pretty small right now and pretty common issue with brick masonry in general....You should consult a mason.Best of luck!
