But if costs are high or demand is uncertain, holding onto the land while monitoring the market might be the better play.

If your goals are long-term - this market will offer a ton of appreciation and steady renter demand.

Hi @Konstantinos Lembesis When Settling on a market develop some metrics that you can not only measure the market you are interested in but others that you havn't considered yet. 

Likewise, the same can be said for properties with in-law suites or finished basements.Have you considered or explored any particular ATL markets?

I would always lean towards markets that are landlord-friendly.
