I'm also wondering how some of the ones that are posting here, are ignoring the ignorant posts on this thread.Any person who enjoys the luxuries of America must accept that they are eating the fruit of the FREE labor TAKEN from enslaved people.

For example, I want to know the cost needed to do a basic improvement (for a rental), a medium level improvement (live there) or a luxury rehab (use it as an airbnb).

I currently have a solid base of liquid assets and am looking to diversify my investments.I own two fully paid-off single-family homes in Tampa and am currently considering buying a luxury condo in Hallandale Beach for $600K.

There is good google suite integration as well as mass email blast potential and social media scheduling.

I've looked at the AirDNA data and Rentometer but there isn't much data in my area for that size of a home, new construction that people are renting in the luxury space as it's nearly a $2M spec.

I was unaware of bigger pockets at the time.. but it suited my purpose by giving me a foundation.  

I work in Real estate and have broad experience helping expats and investors to find the best properties that suit their needs. 10 years ago, anything you could buy was a great investment, in terms of return, valuation, and resale opportunity. 

It suits my needs, it's free, it has consolidated a lot of things I used to have to use different platforms for and I like the HY savings account.

It will depend on the state but typically in order for a lien to be valid they will need to show a contract with the owner as well as properly name the owner in the suit.
