You should be looking for a light rehab project that you can finish up quick and get some experience under your belt so that you can get better terms for those more aggressive projects.

Ok thanks  I finally figured it out, it lists all the HUD homes in the results but shows you a map that none are available GNND in light blue.

The cost of changing a light bulb is quite a bit more when you factor in travel time to get across town, vehicle cost, a qualified person on payroll with benefits, overhead cost for the office to deploy that person.

Now, of course, there are no secret IRA agents watching you to see if you go change that light switch or toilet flapper yourself, so take that for what it's worth.
