Same for any other lien or judgement down the line.In some places, buying the property at a sale wipes out the more junior liens and judgements.

Even if they were to send a letter to the HO saying they were going to get a court judgement, THAT might be enough to get him to correct the items.

However I live in Oregon so if you want one on one face time you should contact someone locally.Its pretty easy to get rid of the deficiency judgement if you know how to speak with the bank during the process.
