I like hearing the instructors side notes and questions from class students.Of course 100% online is an option. 

I'm helping an instructor put together a continuing education course for Minnesota, and I'm having a bit of trouble with their outline.

Some people prefer to be in a class where they can ask questions, feed off the energy of the group, and be kept on track by the instructor.

Other than that, I would reach out to other agents who might know of a great instructor in your area. 

It is a bit pricey, but with an instructor lead course you will find everything you're looking for.
