Very chill meetup with no pitching or sales, just REI people hanging out and talking shop.

Hang in there for a few years till things correct or inevitably rents go up and the fixed mortgage stays the same.The people that only own vacation rentals and paid too much will likely go under in saturated areas.The other option is to be the tallest pygmy and stand out amongst your peers.

Or hang on to it for a year or 2.?

My advice is to go work for a PM company or two, get some experience, invest on your own, then hang out your shingle after you learn the industry a bit.  

I am attempting to avoid a neighbor dispute about an oak tree branch hanging over their property and would like to consult with an attorney to be clear on the local law.  

I used it as a reference manual so that I could sound "smart like" to all the contractors we used, which in turn later helped me develop many of the processes we use today.Second, who are you more excited to hang out with in April when you come out to Seattle to visit.

I’m hoping to execute within the next six months as my timeline to avoid the ol analysis paralysis hang up.
